Asking a pilot about what he thinks of Transport Canada, is like asking a fire hydrant what does he think about dogs.

A Good Landing

#2 Post by r100rs » Tue Sep 04, 2007 5:00 am

This could have been a bad landing. At least he didn't use the NHRA Drag Strip about a mile away to land. It was in use all weekend.

THis happened about 5 miles from my house.

And the first thing that goes through a pilots mind when something like this happens, "I sure hope this doesn't end up on you tube."

"The individual has always had to struggle to keep from being overwhelmed by the tribe. If you try it, you will be lonely often, and sometimes frightened. But no price is too high to pay for the privilege of owning yourself." -Nietzsche
