I'm wondering if the new CPA will affect the dispatch operations/conditions and if so how? How about the new sub-company? If I'm correct, the current dispatcher's agreement is valid until 2018 or so. If I'd join Jazz now, would it be pretty safe for me in terms of conditons? Do they expect any lay-offs or decrease in their conditions in the next agreement? Even though it must still be speculation at this time, any input would be appreciated. I might have an opportunity with them soon so I'm wondering if I should be worried or not.. Thank you!
