Jazz shares have been on a bit of a tear over the last little while, any armchair investors out there care to speculate as to how high they might go?

Wouldn't be surprised to see 6.50. dividend got increased to $0.04 a share per month. Although I'd like to see a drop before the match... Lower share price equals more units in the match.

Has the new contract introduced profit sharing into the company? Can Jazz Pilots buy shares internally where the company will match or at least increase # of shares after a time period? Thanks

There is a new profit sharing program; details elude me, but I beleive it was said its structure would be similar to how management bonuses were calculated. As for share, there has been an Employee Share Ownership Program (ESOP) for a long time already, taken off your pay and the company matches a percentage of each dollar invested. Employee contribution is 6% maximum and company match varies. This year is 60% but it's been 100% a few years in the past.
