How many retirements are expected for 2021?

Anyone know how many retirements the company is expecting in 2021?

I'm not at all familiar with the process. Obviously they know who will be 65 this year. But do they survey people in the 60-64 age range as well? if so are these numbers public?

Jazz will average 50-60 retirements per year for the next several years including early retirement program subscribers (Jazz must offer a minimum of 20 ERP slots per year). Age 65 retirements will include pilots on LTD so not all retirements are active pilots.

Here’s the numbers from a list that’s a year and a half old. It includes inactive pilots as well. The early retirements have changed the numbers as mentioned.
