I can't think of any other industry in the world that is infested with more immaturity than aviation. I especially feel bad for the guys getting ready to retre with 15+ yrs segniority at Jazz. Must make them feel real good knowing who's taking over.

Lighten up Vortac, thats was some funny stuff.

And accually the 15+ year guys should be hanging their heads
in shame...because they are the ones that put us in this mess.

And they will be the same weak ass ones that vote no to strike
when it comes time to fix this mess.

Wow Obbie,

You've been at Jazz for 2 years and change, and already bitter toward the guys who helped BUILD Jazz?

Each to their own I guess.

For the ones that work at making it better......nothing but love !!!!! :D

But I keep finding more and more senior guys that are not willing
to go to the wall in 09 to turn things around.

Sorry to have painted with a wide brush.

Not bitter though.......I know they are out numbered

Obbie,

Fair enough. Keep in mind however that those 15+ guys have in all probability, "went to the wall" a few times in the past. So much so, that they made Jazz (read pilot wage and working conditions) a company enticing enough for you to seek employment with (even after CCAA).

There is nothing wrong with wanting improved working conditions. To belittle and insult those who do not share your willingness to "go to the wall", does give the impression of bitterness. That's only my perception. I could be wrong.
