You need to call Air Canada for that info., Jazz just supplies the crew and the aircraft...Air Canada deals with all the rest.

Jazz is incredibly accomodating at YCG in case of bad weather. It wont be a problem. Another tip, if you are scheduled to flying out of YCG in the afternoon but it looks like the weather is coming in, go out to the airport earlier and 9 out of 10 times they will put you on an earlier flight, space available, at no charge.

Flights do get cancelled but not as often as you would think. I have flown out of YCG many many times all year round and have never been left stranded.
