Yeah awesome move. Experienced pilots will have to take the crap WAWCON at sky regional if they want to go fly regional airplanes while college grads will be enjoying the decent payscale at Jazz. I feel sad for all of us...

Did the pilots at sky regional get tricked into the crap WACON they have? I don't think so! I'm sure many of them would rather fly a jet for peanuts, rather then work at Jazz and fly a old Dash.

Maybe dumb pilot thinks there is no future at Jazz and they must find work elsewhere. Mind you I wouldn't look at regionals for work anyway.

No future at Jazz? No future in the piloting profession if folks leave decent paying jobs for the lowest bidder. We are just helpers in our own demise.

Does anybody know what bases and equipment are available for April 7th?

It more than likely won't be announced until the first day of ground school.

Would there be any changes from the vacancies that were posted on March 5th? Or is it always changing?

It can change but generally the same. What will be offered in THAT ground school will be a combination of any of the positions listed. I would bet on YYC though. You can always bid to move the second you are assigned a base you don't want. How long that will take to materialize is up to the industry.
