Aircraft Maintenance Technician (Electrical)
Please see my attached resume.
I have 11 years experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician in the Royal Navy, four of which I worked as an Avionics Supervisor.
Working in the aviation industry requires workmanship skills to be of the highest standard. I take immense pride in my ability to work to high standards under pressure, while always maintaining an organized and tidy workspace. I have experience on five different aircraft, both rotary and fixed wing. During my military career, I carried out fault diagnosis and rectification, as well as scheduled maintenance on Sea King (SAR) avionics systems and components; these included autopilot, radar and pitot statics. My responsibilities while working on the AW189 Search & Rescue and the Airbus A400M military cargo plane included installing all electrical harnesses and carrying out continuity checks to ensure successful installation. I am currently working as the Electrical Team Leader for Martin Aircraft Company Ltd, a start-up company in New Zealand that is designing and manufacturing a prototype jetpack. I am responsible for building and installing all aircraft harnesses, and play a large role in guiding the engineering design team.
I will be available to start work in British Columbia mid August 2017. I can be easily reached via email, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
