Re: Harmon Rocket Question
Tom Martin out of CYQS (fairlee field) builds a couple or more a year...he builds award/race winning machines.
Re: Harmon Rocket Question
Get the F-1 Rocket quick build kit. I know of a fellow in Alberta who completed one in 11 months.
Re: Harmon Rocket Question
Exactly.
http://www.teamrocketaircraft.com/
Designed from the ground up to be a 300 hp airplane, not a 150 hp airplane modified to take a 300 hp engine.
Not to mention decent sized cockpit and baggage space.
And the tapered wings look so cool (but I hear they take way longer to build than the hershey bars).

Re: Harmon Rocket Question
Thanks alot for the link. Does Ken Fowler and Eric Hanson have any part of this or did they just choose the same name?

Re: Harmon Rocket Question
Eric has an F-1 and Ken has a Harmon, or at least Ken did last time I saw him. They have built and sold at least one more F-1.
