Airdrie Airshow July 22, 2009
Airdrie Alberta is hosting an airshow on July 22, 2009 at the Airdrie Airpark only 15 minutes north of Calgary. The Snow Birds will be there and other performers are yet to be announced. All are welcome.
Also, volunteers are needed for planning/coordination/finance/entertainment/transportation committees now until day prior to the event, various events the day of the event and for clean up and tear down crews for the day after the event. You may contact the City of Airdrie to sign up for any of these committees.
Hope to see you there!

Maybe you could change your last name Hedley, to get around the TC crap. Wouldn't that just confuse the crap out of them

If you haven't already, get your ICAS card (aka Statement
of Aerobatic Competency) so you can fly your Sukhoi in
the airshow!
Note that despite Transport's claims otherwise in court,
there is a reciprocal agreement between the USA and
Canada with respect to airshow pilot qualifications. You
said you trained for and flew aerobatics in the USA. I
am sure that at least one of your instructors was an
ICAS ACE (senior airshow pilot). Get him to sign your
card off - it's valid in Canada as per CAR 623.06, despite
what Transport says.
