I think most of us resent the idea that, despite objecting to our governance and not wanting to pay for government services, you would use those same services in order to fight it.
It is possible to buy any type of ID or passport imaginable and change the picture I am sure...GA is never gonna know it's not you. Did you see the CBC Doc zone thing last night showing how one can buy an identity or credit card for as low as a $5, online?

dear snoopy

yes. you are correct it started out as war tax, and at the end of WW I this tax was supposed to be done away. then the depression hit in anticipation of the national debt coming due, the people got scared and pulled thier money out and stashed it in jars in the back yard so to speak. maybe even literaly in some cases, but then they did not disolve the tax, but changed its name and hid beind another excuse.

notice how at the end there was no time limit placed on this measure, but only hinted at a year or two. and look at how fast everything happend and when the depression hit and all that cause it, and all of it happening so fast.

they switched around faster than the people could catch up to each "false promis". by the time people realized they were duped, they already had a new excuse and a new fancy shiney government thats "not like those other guys" voted in to bring it about.

I didn't claim that no freemen have renounced their citizenship, I said Freeman Menard hasn't. I know he hasn't, but no matter how many times I ask him he doesn't seem to understand the question. And that's pretty funny since he claims to be a smart guy, but can't seem to grasp a question any simpleton over ten years of age could.

Since you say you have, what is your citizenship now?
i i am not a citizen at all. under the laws of nations and by right of self determination I am who I say i am and I go by an name but I myself am not a noun, or any of those things.
i am in commonlaw jurisdiction. i have a post on the thinkfree site that explains this in clear detail.

here is part of that post.. and is relevent to all of you here.

Jurisdiction x---

this is common law. where the flesh and blood lives. this is the original jurisdiction. there are no corperations, this is where living contracts between living people exist. this is where the law of the land exists. the law of contract. here you have no title. no name. you are
I AM THAT I AM. or another way to put it is. adam. this is where real people live
this is where living contracts between living people are. or contract law if you will.

jurisdiction a---
this is where the admiralty law exists
private/ international this is where the birth certificate is created. this is what prepares a place for you in commerce when you are of age.
this is where private contracts are created. there are 3 parties to this contract.
you, the straw"child" as i call it and the govt., and the real man, the living soul.
in this side of the contract, there is 3 basic subsections.. 1 is the grantor 2 is the trustee and 3 is the beneficiary.

John Smith. thats how the straw"child" is spelled. i call it strawchild because that is how you are presumed. from berth to the age of reason and responsibility, your status is child.

this is a corperation evedenced by the birth certificate. the birth certificate is evidence of a bond that is held in the D.T.C.(depository Trust Company) this company holds record to all trusts in north america.

1 grantor (of the private trust or forign siders trust)-- grantor is that who energizes and directs the trustee
this is the guy that creates the B/C.

2 trustee manages under the direction of the grantor
attorurney general - expatirates thier citicenship in order to serve in thier office.(ill explain that later)
treasury
MP. and you

3 benefisciary - benefits
D.T.C. these are the holders of the bc. and assets and other paper securities.
this company operates on both public and private and is under a special contract
the DTC is the depository trust company on water street in NYC. and they hold canadian and american trusts. remember we are registered in washington.

in this jurisdiction, you use always regestered mail. not certified mail. regestered mail can operate in both public and private. this is the vessel that can move the substance created in a
into the form established in jurisdiction b.

this is where your assets are. and where asset accounting is done from.

jurisdiction b---
this is public sector.disney land. statuory law presides here.
JOHN SMITH cusstiquayed trust. as it is above, so it is below, this mirrors or reflects jurisdiction a in its set up, but it is on the other side of the ledger. in here, substance is not needed. its all about proper form and process.

think of it as the container that contains the substance created in a.
** you cant just move substancee from a to b woith out a bond.*** the public and private are two different things

1 grantor
the bank-through dominion of canada or federal reserve depending on what country your in.
the bank gets it comerccial energy from jurisdiction a.

2 trustee your govt. all four levels of govt administrate this account on your behalf, in conjunction with you unless you are a freeman.

3 bneficiary the public.the people. your fiction and those fictions in fictitous contract with you.this is where welfare and stuff comes from.

this is the accruel accounting side. this is where you operate under limited liability if you use your govt. made strawman.
this is where you have your sin number. or social security.

if you rescind or kill the strawman, you then have to re create your own strawman outside govt. in order to operate in here. and he has to be bonded.

both jurisdicitons a and b are strawmen. a is private, signed in red ink b is publicc signed in blue. jurisdiction x is where I AM lives. your name is created in jurisdiction a, by contract done on your behalf at birth in juris x by your parents.

and expatiration of citizenship is not necessarily permenent. it can be rescinded and any title reclaimed if you do it proper. when i said i have i realized after reading that i left you with the impression that i was still under that status. it was a temporary arangement that alwoed me yo move private documents into the public sector in a legal manor.

does that answer your question? this is common knowledge to us. no brainer first step kind of stuff. so Rob may have answered your question you just missed his answer Rob as interm director has alot on his plate and tends to stay focused on his task at hand and not be side tracked with such questions. his answers if any in questions of this nature are not his primary focus. thats why he made a video explaining it all. so he wouldnt have to type it all out 5000 times. the typed account i gave, is more detailed and has a comercial layer added to it.as

so i hope that answers your question. If Rob doesnt answer your quesiton, its not because he is evading or at a loss for words, its probably due to your asking the wrong questions in relation to his puropse here.

Perhaps even email them links to your forums and your youtube videos. Hell, you could make one especially for the flight. "This is Freeman Menard saying I'm Freeman Menard and I'd very much like to travel from Vancouver to Calgary" or whatever. That way they can have a little time to verify who you are using an alternate method rather than being confronted at the gate with it. I mean c'mon, the gate attendants aren't trained to deal with that so if you know it's going to be a problem in advance, and you do because you are smart enough to predict cause and effect, then you should at least give the airline a heads up so the people in charge can think it through and decide on an appropriate response, rather than provoking a frickin' gate agent and deciding to take huge umbrage at the inevitable and predictable negative result.

Man my head hurts from using big words. I'm just trying to keep up :)
I wouldn't say that gate agents aren't training in this respect; they take Transport Canada training for this every six months. In addition, there are people available 24/7 -- both locally at most airports and in Calgary -- at their request who specialize in regulatory and legal issues. I also know of a retired lawyer and two current law students that are CSAs here.

First off, you aren't going to get very far by posting on an anonymous internet forum to a group of line pilots and other airline employees.

Second, if WestJet wants to operate in "Canada," it doesn't have the authority to arrange this sort of agreement. Sure, if we all considered ourselves "Freemen" and flew around our airspace, landing wherever we wanted, I'm sure we could work this type of thing out. But we don't.

It's simply not the case; you're living in this weird parallel universe where people can interpret Acts and other regulations in their own way and self-govern. Once you reach that 1000 member milestone, you'll quickly realize that your ideas don't fly. Pun intended.

Keep on smokin' BC's finest.

Freeloaders, I mean Freemen...
Just kindly let BCFS know where you live or mark your property out so that the good people there and at Conair, Colson, VIH etc dont waste their valuable time putting a fire out near your location.
Then when your place is burning down you might think of where your some of your tax dollars go. I got my money's worth in 2003, I wont dribble on about other essential services.

You are heading down the wrong road by interpreting law to your convience. Take a trip to Somalia, you can do whatever you want there. Damal Airlines fly out of terminal 2 in Dubai and they dont give a f&*k who you are as long as you have the cash.

A few people asked: to where do our income taxes go. Well let me tell you. With harper's 50 BILLION dollar deficit this year and likely the same next year, our income taxes will go towards this debt. Leaving us with next to nothing.

Did they ask us if they can go into debt? Did you want to? Did we have a choice? Nope this is not a democracy.

because our economy basicaly now depends on debt, the way this system is designed,
the debt will never go away.. there are 2 ways freemen deal with this, comercial redemption,
or the notorial process. i personaly use a combination of both.

you see freemen are not bound and enslaved to thier legal identity we call strawman.
we use that word because like a scarecrow, its not real and only exists within its jurisdictions.

a freeman pays what he/she alone chooses to pay. not what the govt. demands them to pay.
if you had any idea of how money and economy really works, and not go by the heresay of these so-called "experts", but do your own research you would realize you all have unlimited pre approved credit available to you, and the only conditions to acces it is first resbonsiblility
and accounting skills. and some idea of law helps, but really if you cut out the middle man,
and get true full desclosure on your CRA account and administrate it yourself, you wont complain about taxes nor will oyu assume freemen are "freeloading"

such ignorance! go ahead research the things i posted. Manipulate law to our convenience?
What do you think your govt. has been doing? And the cops that are compelled to enforce these bullshit laws? We dont have selective perception regarding law as you claim we do.

you mock what you do not understand.get some understanding of what i posted before you mock, for with out it, you confirm that you are in fact a child.Willingly ingorant. translation, dumb on purpose.

“The real owners are the big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions. Forget the politicians, they’re an irrelevancy. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the statehouses, the city halls. They’ve got the judges in their back pockets. And they own all the big media companies, so that they control just about all of the news and information you hear. They’ve got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying – lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want; they want more for themselves and less for everybody else,” ranted the comedian whose routines were studied in graduate schools.

“But I’ll tell you what they don’t want,” Carlin continued. “They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well-informed, well-educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That’s against their interests. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around the kitchen table and figure out how badly they’re getting fucked by a system that threw them overboard 30 fucking years ago. You know what they want? Obedient workers – people who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork but just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it. And, now, they’re coming for your Social Security. They want your fucking retirement money. They want it back, so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street. And you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all, sooner or later, because they own this fucking place. It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club.”

Hi there "Widow".

I want to comment on the following inclusion I believe you put up here on the forum and would like an explaination to help me better understand the context here.

The following was added "This is the last approval I will give for a new poster who is an obvious "refugee" from your forum. This is, after all, an AVIATION forum. -Widow" to a user's post on this thread.

I wonder why this is? Has someone or many people done something "wrong" or against the said rules here?

Seems a little harsh, and I wondered if this was because of your own PERSONAL opinions or had someone broken the rules here, and why is it of any revelance WHERE on the web one found out about this at all in the context of using the forum?

As it was previously mentioned the thread was moved to THIS part of the forum (which has the following statement) Misc. / Political Debate / Aviation Humor

This forum is for political debate, random thoughts, and everything else that just doesn't seem to fit in the normal forums. THIS FORUM MAY BE FOUND OFFENSIVE TO SOME READERS. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER IF YOU ARE EASILY OFFENDED. We reserve the right to remove messages that we deem inappropriate or posted in poor taste.

Sounds good to me. And well warned and well put.

In looking for more guidelines or rules I found the following:

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message.

If you feel a topic or post is inappropriate email us at support@avcanada.ca .

By reading these forums you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable. This website is not responsible or liable in any way for any false or misleading messages or job ads placed at our site.

Use AvCanada's information at your own risk!

We reserve the right to remove any messages that we deem unacceptable.

When you post a message, your IP is logged and may be provided to concerned parties where unethical or illegal behavior is apparent. All rights reserved.

Ok, now, when one decides to become a USER of the forum and before signing up we are met with this:

By accessing “AVCANADA” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “AVCANADA”, “http://www.avcanada.ca/forums2”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please do not access and/or use “AVCANADA”. We may change these at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this regularly yourself as your continued usage of “AVCANADA” after changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

Our forums are powered by phpBB (hereinafter “they”, “them”, “their”, “phpBB software”, “www.phpbb.com”, “phpBB Group”, “phpBB Teams”) which is a bulletin board solution released under the “General Public License” (hereinafter “GPL”) and can be downloaded from www.phpbb.com. The phpBB software only facilitates internet based discussions, the phpBB Group are not responsible for what we allow and/or disallow as permissible content and/or conduct. For further information about phpBB, please see: http://www.phpbb.com/.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “AVCANADA” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us.

The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “AVCANADA” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “AVCANADA” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

I find no mention of the fact that AVIATION should or shouldnt be mentioned or discussed here, or for that matter that one is encouraged or bound by any rule to do so.

The only mention of any guidelines is "You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “AVCANADA” is hosted or International Law. " Which we have all agreed to.

I get the impression that you are under the impression that people here have somehow violated some rule or other in regards to the unique postings here.
I will add that the site DOES mention the laws and context in the following "your country, the country where “AVCANADA” is hosted or International Law."

International law I assume is also well within the UN charter of human rights and freedoms?

The Canadian Charter of rights and freedoms, or many other similar attempts at defining such things? One commonality is the acceptance, defense of and encouragement of Free Speech, and considering that no one has thus far (to the best of my abilities) posted something abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated I just do not understand what the percieved problem is?

Can you please help me here?

I find this forum extremely interesting, and not only giving me an insite into Freeman philosophy, the attitudes of my fellow humans, I have also had a chance to learn more from the 3 links you have in your signature.

So what exactly would this problem be?

Is it a matter of your frustration?

Again, I will say, I did not (and assume others have not) agree to anything binding us to any afformentioned subject material, and would finally once again refer to the warning of abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated posts as being the only restrictions I am unaware of.

Thanks for your time and help, and you seem to be doing a pretty good job of moderating as well.I understand the complexities of this, I am a moderator as well, and we have VERY specific guidelines, along with an area for many off topic, and even abusive exchanges.I understand you may not even have much say in the structure here, and if it is done voluntarily (like myself) it can be pretty time demanding.

Will add lastly that defining the following:" that we deem inappropriate or posted in poor taste." would help myself alot.

This will help avoid any possible impressions of draconian, dictatorial, discriminatory claims by users of the forum towards the moderators, as we all tend to have many different impressions of what constitutes inappropriate or poor taste.

Cheers

M

I think some people on this board would love to go to Iran and beat down the protestors.

After all, aren't those protestors just "anti government lefty treaonsous freeloading hippy nutjobs"?

Never ever forget there is only one group who can take away our freedoms: our own government and your fellow neighbours who will willingly take up arms against YOU.

When the Pakistan govt suspended democracy and jailed protestors, lawyers, and judges do you know what the USA thought of this? Condi Rice said and I quote: it was "astonishing".

Astonishing...losing freedom and that's all she says? Maybe we wil all be astonished when it occurs here...

Hey guys, I have been observing this thread from the start and thought i'd post to give my 2.5 cents (inflation lol).

Im not from thinkfree.ca or worldfreemansociety.org forums but im well aware of them. I am from the Land known as Ireland and we have our own group website with our own forum. I am not under a common law jurisdiction, the law of the land in Ireland is the ancient yet progressive Brehon Law, its as old as the rocks and hills. Copyright Law originates from this Law, "for every cows its calf". There was no death penalty or prisons under Brehon Law. The British monarchy invaded Ireland and suppressed and killed the Irish for 800 years, they finally imposed their legal system on the Irish in 1700's. In 1916 the Irish successfully kicked the Brits out and we had our "independent free state", apparently, but we kept their legal system and our Constitution was written by BAR lawyers loyal to the Crown. This is what got me interested in the "freeman" philosophy.

Here we can be fined for the likes of not wearing a seat belt in a car and we have policy enforcers enforcing this. However they need a name to enforce their statutes. See there is two roles a cop plays 1. peace officer, who only interferes when there has been a breach in peace, and 2. policy enforcer, who enforces the policies/statutes of the state to gain revenue. Statutes are written by a fiction (government) so they can only apply to another fiction (you if you consent to being John Doe). See the John Doe they're referring to is the John Doe on your birth cert. Freemen dont argue with the court, we accept everything they say on the condition that they can prove jurisdiction. If they say can Mr John Doe please rise, and you say im John Doe you've already given up jurisdiction because you're agreeing to be John Doe on the birth cert. Their statutes cant apply to real flesh and blood men but when you consent to being this name you're agreeing to the be the thing they created. Birth certs are created by the government. Who's says that we need such a thing? A name is just a sound out of your throat, its not actually who you are. This is the strawman freemen refer to. When i look at you do i see a name. Sure in the past we didnt even have names we just went by what we were commonly known as. In the Irish Gaelic Language we say "Cad is ainm dom?" meaning "what is the name on you?" not what is your name.

Now im not saying we're immune to the law because statutes arent laws they're policies of a coporation. If you work for a company im sure it'd be against the rules to go into that store drunk because you are bound by the contract you signed, but can i ? of course as im not bound to any contract. THis is the same with freemen, they're not bound to the statutes/policies of a government.

There's only really 3 ways to break the law. 1. harm or injure another wareman/woman. 2. damage another mans (the word man is gender neutral by the way) property. 3. dont use mischief or fraud in contracts. If any one of these is the case that means there is actually another man taking a case against another. THey can point each other out. Its law of nature, and not man, why? because if i come at you attacking you trying to kill you what are you going to do? you're going to fight back of course! If i steal from you, you're not going to be very happy about it, and steal back or expect compensation. If you break an agreement/contract with me i wont be very happy about it. You see this is all inherent in each and every one of us. A lot of people think law comes from the government, no it doesnt, it comes from the Land. Over here their statutes say its illegal to do this and that, but guess what they say for murder? Unlawful. Its unlawful to kill. not illegal. Do you know the difference? It might be illegal to smoke cannabis but its not unlawful.

Go into court for anything like a traffic ticket or such and ask the judge 3 questions: "Am i getting a fair trial?" Judge: "of course". "Who do you work for?" and "Who does the cop work for?". lol

Some of you guys are pointing out acts and statutes and such but they dont apply to you if you dont want to. I dare you to look up the word statute in a law dictionary. A statute is a rule of society given the FORCE OF LAW by the CONSENT of the governed.

As for income taxes, i have a moral objection to them because of this FIAT currency system we're in. We're leaving our children in more and more debt. Our government borrows from the European Central bank with interest attacked. How the heck can pay back debt with more debt? its a downward spiral. If i give you 10 notes with 10% interest, meaning you owe me 11 back. If you only have 10 where are you going to get the rest? You're going to borrow it! This is what our gov does. We dont stop paying taxes out of spite we do it for a better future. Civil Disobedience anyone?

Anyway i'd a load of things to say but i forget now...

peace and love.

I haven't read this whole thread because if you can't write something that fits on my 15" CRT, I am not interested in reading it.

However, I always thought it would be a neat social experiment to give all these 'complainers' everything they ever asked for and see how it turns out...

Hi Vakenmark,

With respect to my personal feelings about the Freeman ideology, I will say this ... my eyes have been opened to many things since my life changing event in early 2005. Much of what you discuss I have researched myself and agree with. In fact, I was directed to the “thinkfree” forum last year by a friend who thought they may be able to give good advice with respect to one of my “complaints” and methods of getting “justice”. I joined the forum (“dhc2widow”, you will find, joined in May of 2008) and started a thread asking a question. That thread is now gone. I do not know why, although I certainly got the impression by way of a single, curt, response, that the Freemen deemed my question trivial when compared to issues like parking tickets. If that has clouded my judgement here, I sincerely apologize.

That being said, AvCanada has a system by which first posts by new users must be approved by a moderator on submission. In most cases, we, the mods, will not approve a first post unless it is clearly aviation related and not meant to direct users to another website or product. This may be an unstated “rule”, but this is “AvCanada” and not “FreeDominion”, “Pravda”, or any other forum which exists for the purpose of political/theological/philosophical debate. This website was created for people in and around the aviation industry. The Misc. Forum exists as a place for our regular users to let off steam and discuss “off topic” ideas. Moderators are, as you suggested, wholly voluntary and we use our own personal discretion to make decisions that we feel follow the guidelines of our administrator/site owner.

IMHO, approval of this thread was questionable, as it could easily have been seen as an attempt to draw users to other websites (first post by Freeman Menard includes links).

When I moved the thread, I also gave a warning about “infiltration” which went unheeded. You may also note that, although I have stopped approving new user posts from obvious Freemen, I have not disapproved them either, but have left that decision to other mods as this was my opinion only. Other mods have seen fit to approve new user posts.

This thread has grown very quickly, with disparaging remarks coming from both sides – this creates a lot of work for us mods. Posts by your fellow Freeman are incredibly long and rambling, which doesn’t make it any easier.

I trust this answers your question with respect to why I will not approve further new user posts from obvious Freemen. It has nothing to do with limiting anyone’s right to free speech.

My apologies for the lenthy posts. i just seen several people claim that we ditne answer the questions that were asked.I answered in such detail because many of the answers to those questions were not simple one liners, and my intent was not to draw to other sites, but to show where i got what i posted from so that no one could say i was operating on assumptions.

that was my intent to the few loong posts i made. those patient enough to actually read all that will benefit from them greatly if they incorperate it into thier life, and you dont need to claim freeman status to benefit from what i posted. anyone can do these things. its beginer level stuff, and a way for people to test teh waters for themself in real life rather thatn go on the heresay of just us. That way people can know weather or not we are for real.

I respect your explanation. I can't speak for the others but I try to place myself in you shoes in order to understand your decision. I suppose if the think free forums was suddenly taken over by bible thumpers that they may take similar action.

So since I made it under the wire...I GUESS YOUR STUCK WITH ME NOW...muaaahahaha  jk.

actually i like the idea of pre approval posting, as thinkfreeforums gets hit by the odd troll, or porn link and all that usual garbage. and boy we get alot of "prayer police" and holy rolers!

this pre aproval bot that you guys use, where would one get smehting like that? or is it programed by someone that owns the site? i like that idea.

It is a fairly new development with the site, but happened before I was asked to moderate so I cannot answer your question. Perhaps another mod can, or, failing that, you could try PMing admin and asking.

It is very useful against spam bots as well as a host of other pre-emptive "strikes" :)

It takes real talent to write pages and pages of bullshit without actually saying a single thing. You guys are king. The question I've asked numerous times now doesn't take a one liner, all it takes is one word. It's extremely simple, and I'm surprised sheer embarrassment doesn't compel you guys to answer it instead of coming across yet again as mentally deficient simpletons, so let's try it again...

Have you renounced your Canadian citizenship?

YES, or
NO

Pick one, and only one response.

I did answer that question. Just because you re unable to understand simple yes or no does not men i didnt answer it. Same with my other answers. I was afraid that the answers to your questions would be beyond your understanding, and hence that is why Rob did not nswer those questions, he anticipated your lack of ability to hold a thought longer than 30 seconds, and seen how easily you get lost, and therefore I see how you would call all my answeres bullshit because they are simply beyond you.

As the fish can not see or hear the birds that fly in the sky so it is answering your questions.

Go to youtube and wach robs video called ANDENSOME. its about an hour long and he breaks it down for you. he even draws little pictures of houses and a fmily and stuff for you, with music and he smiles and takes little minebreaks every 10 minutes, he he even has some cool starwars effects in it!

Maybe breking it down that far will finaly reach your level and bring you up closer to the surface.

OK, it's possible in the 35 pages of nonsense you might have said the word "yes" or "no", and intended it to refer to my question. I guess I missed it. In any event here is what either option means.

Yes - means you are lying.

No - means you are a hypocrite who uses what this country offers while rejecting any of the obligations.
