neilblythin wrote:Just curious mastermonk; were your parents nut jobs too, or did they register your birth at the time? If your birth was registered, how did you go about having the government un-register it?
that is a no-brainer. i sent all levels of government a series of notarized documents
the basicaly says,in recognition that the only lawful form of government is a representative one, that implies mutual consent, since i can not be forced to contract by any corperation, i therefore lawfuly rescind all signatures and consent to contract with the corperation that is known as CANADA. i then reversed the trust on my birth certificate. i wrote all about this waay back in my post on jurisdictions.

they know i exist. thats it. i do not claim welfare, or u.i.c or any of that other stuff.
they can not obligate me to pay income tax, and i have sucessfully fended tehm off several times simply by breaking the assumptions they operate under and remind them that my signature has been rescinded. its that easy. no temper tantrums, no silly protest rallies,
i jsut simply canceled the contract, and they-by thier own words were foced to agree.

but you gotta have your argument prepared properly.

simply put, your government is de-facto. and CANADA is a corperation now registered in Washington dc. because she was an abandoned ship at sea open to siezure and plunder in 1901 when the commonwealth pulled a big switcheroo on the queen before elizabeth I cold settle on her throne. go do ur research yourself if you like.

all these things are part of the argument that CANADA though has soverign status, to this very day all unclaimed property is revested in teh queen for want of a comepetent heir.
go look iin the escheats act for that one.

Why do the vulgar attach so much signifigance to money? Good Gravy, asking someone what he does for money, that's like asking him if he's regular. It's simply uncivil---then again, perhaps that's merely par for the course.

As for this being stuff readily accepted by drug users, you can check out Marc Emery's Cannabisculture forums and read many stoners being incredulous at the notion that they're not subject to military hospital regulations out of Ottawa concerning vegetables. So drugs are just a red herring. Do many of the people into this stuff enjoy psychedelic vegetables? Quite likely---indeed, many intelligent men and women with a respect for freedom enjoy psychedelic vegetables.

So, to sum up, the rabble has no tactics against this stuff other than:

(A), being "you're crazy/stoned/a rabbit so nothing you say need be debated."
(B) irrelevant questions about money.

So....

What do you guys do for money?

Job? Rob banks? Beg? Collect pop cans on the side of the highway?

Or perhaps I should be less vulgar and intrusive and simply ask if you use money?

No one has said "hey guys, I do XYZ for money, so listen up!" so why is it apropos?

Now, if someone had said "I'm a lawyer, so listen up!" that might be one thing---then one might ask "really, acting this way how much money do you make as a lawyer?"

Is money the measure of man? For example, let's say that the freeman contentions (to simplify them down) are completely true and also totally unprofitable in the $$$ sense due to the world being run by evil people who like to play sports and suffer head injuries. Is the subtext here that truth is worthless unless it also provides corporate debt notes? I just don't see the relevance.

For the sake of argument, I am the son of a wealthy Merchant from London, and I spend all of my days reading in the libraries a the Inns of Court.

Or, perhaps you would prefer that I am homeless and am posting this from a public library computer.

Whichever way, I do not see the point.

I can't help myself.

You want "us" to "get into bed with you", so to speak.

Well, I, for one, am not "getting into bed" with anyone if I don't know how they earn their keep.

"make money"?

I have no proof of ability to create anything, so how could I create or make money?

And, further, how is it relevant? Like, does a certain sort of answer provide a pretext for dismissing the argument without acknowledging it?

As I said, I am the son of a wealthy merchant from London; or I am homeless, and I live by taking bread out of dumpsters; or I am a retired politician with a fat government pension who is abhorred by what's being done by the Service now that I'm out, so I've decided to spill the beans.

I simply do not see how it matters; is it just a friendly question, like "oh, well, enough about that, what do you do for a living?" Why not ask "what's your sign?" if you're just making conversation?

And no one wants anyone to get into bed with anyone; if you prefer being a SINner livin' in a villeinage, that is your prerogative; it's simply that acting as such is but one facet of the prerogative we all enjoy of Right. It's a fine facet, I suppose, but it is not mandatory. I believe that's all that's being said, that there's more than one way to skin a cat, as it were.

It's a very simple question really. Kind of like "have you renounced your Canadian citizenship?" You seem like a pretty intelligent fellow, so I find it difficult to believe you don't know what I mean by "make money". If you don't then I'm mistaken and you aren't an intelligent fellow, whereas if you do know then you are evading the question which seems to be a common trait amongst you people.

Really, it's OK if you make money. I'll tell you what, improve our knowledge of your lifestyle and tell us if you even use money. We don't know because you seem to reject the notion of paying for things. The rest of us haven't figured out how to do that yet, and believe me we would all love to know your secret. So how do you do it?

sigh....

ok . i already answered this question twice(atleast) but this stands as proof that you people arent reading or actualy realizing what is said.

how do i make money? thats the question right?

ok for the third time, i am a carpenter. i work as a private contract for hire. the forms of payment are either cash, certified cheque, or postmasters money order.

if someone tries to rip me off.. i perfect a claim against them, file a lein against thier business liscence, then with that claim, get a default judgement either by notary, or judge, and then proceed to indemnify a sheriff, to go sieze property, sold at an auction, and i get my share that way.

thats only if they assume im a fool and think with thier limited insight that just because there is no s.i.n number they think they will win in court, and because of my political status, going to the better business beurau to "complain" wont accomplish nothing, and they know this.
then threaten to call revenue canada on me! they all operate like you people, on assumptions.

untill a sheriff comes rolling in and takes their shit.

that is the most extreme measure. i only did that once. and yes, it worked. no i do not use the sheriff to file bullshit claims and take property. no we freemen do not manipulate the courts to make money. that is fraud. we work for our money.

but we freemen do not just hand that money over to a taskmaster. we are the creditors in our own life.

other freemen own businesses of other kinds.

so for the fourth time, how do i make money? i earn it. there is nothing enslaving about working for money. only in giving it away to a bully that does the good guy bad guy routine..
one hand feeds you privellages, and justify the other hand to take them away. either that or your money.

Well, how come you don't pay for your groceries with cash, certified cheque or money order? How come you don't accept a signed napkin or a smile?

there you go assuming again..

if you read my other posts, i explain all this.. sigh

i dont scribble on a napkin. for smal things like groceries and such, i use cash usualy.
look.... ther are sooo many ways to skin this cat. you read only a few methods.
i use that whole acceptance for value for big stuff... things immportant like, if i use a doctor,
i ask for the bill. then i used the a4v process the same way your government does it, exept i dont use thier forms. i cut out teh middle man so to speak, and dont alow them to administrate my affairs. i do it myself, and that way thier hand stays out of the cookie jar.

you all think you need a government to file your papers for you. and they are all to happy to do that. everything you ever sign... i mean everything.. not just cheques, i mean everything..
is an endorsement and they are the ones that convert it into fiaght currenct, or monopoly money.

they are the ones that take a napkin and give it value. we just copied them a few times, documented it, and showed that because it actually wiorked, proves that we are correct in what they are doing behind thier backs. we dont run around with a roll of napkins expcting the local store to accept that.

the government expects us to accept it though.

what do you thing dollar bills are? fancy paper. coins are nothing more than bits of metal.
when you borrow $80,000 from a bank, they dont put up the actual cash, the paper you signed is what creates those funds. and they just simply accept it for value, and file a lein on it
to ensure payment. they put a lein on your signature.

anyhow im not going to write up a whole lesson on commercial redemption. there are some very good lectures from a man named Wisnton Strout on google video. he can get you going on the right track...

i use the a4v process in dealing with courts, or govt. in general. with my fellow man, i would use a dam napkin if he understood the process.. but you all dont. so i use what you do understand. if everyone on the country realized this technology, inflation would go insane and our dollar would drop to about half a paso within a year because in general people think in terms if ME. and would not "re-sow" thier seed back into societey, but would squander it like Israel did, on selfish creature comforts.

this is why the government is needed. untill the perfection of the nations as expresssed in teh laws of nations, the ultimate goal being the end of civil societey and one human family,

untill this happens, the people by nature will mis manage that kind of wealth on a collective scale.

it is for this reason that most freemen ( i cannot speak for all) realize the need for government, and why we are not anti government. we are anti corruption, and want a "free-er" and truly just society. we are not anarchists, we realise the need for law, and government.

we just see a dangerous trend developing, and like rats abandon a shinkng ship of fools, so we bail out.

a pure real government is a good thing. where the rule of law truly presides in all matters.

imagine..

a government that actually fulfilled its promises.

a government that did not sanction corperations to usurp rights in favor of the dollar.

a country where your kids are not only safe, but not owned. no title deed to thier body.

a country where everyone has the power to persue destiny and not have to chase that allmighty dollar first. and get "financially secure"

That is a very utopic tought. However, like any uptopia, it is normally not reality. As long as you'll have people running people, there will be abuse to some level, wether it is with the current government of with your so-called government.

You can already see it with "intrepid" being very unhappy with Rob and feels like he's been ripped off.

maybe.. but i can govern myself acording to those standards, and still not have to take
that crap from a decietful government. and the more people that mature into this awareness,
the closer we will get to that utopia.

Nah, you're just a two bit conman who only accepts cash, but swindles other people with signed napkins and angelic smiles. What are you doing with all that cash you're squirreling away? Put it under your mattress maybe, or do you put it in a government regulated financial institution and earn interest? How about investments, got any?

Who do you think pays the salary of the Sherriff you use to strongarm money out of people who try to use your own tactics against you? Did you know it comes out of taxes you refuse to pay? You are a fraud and a conman, nothing more. All your incoherent blathering is a smokescreen to hide the fact you're just in it for the free ride. You're a burden on society my friend. You contribute nothing, create unnecessary work for honest people, and take take take but never give. Your mother must be very proud.
