I can guarantee if pilots need 120/80 or better, - there would be exactly zero airlines in business.

I am overweight, out of shape, and diabetic. Yet I still manage to maintain 120/80... I think 140/90 or better would make sense, but I would think that there are plenty of pilots out there who are always 120/80 or better.

Many athletes have high bp.. I believe 140 and above is considered hypertension.
