How many drivers are they looking for? Anybody keeping score. Seems they have ads up daily.

Re: WASAYA
Probably get a better answer if you just ask one of the Wasaya pilots in person seeing as you fly in the same neck of the woods, as opposed to an Internet forum. Or just trying to stir the pot?

Seriously? How would this "stir the pot"? Pretty simple question.126.7Spam wrote:Probably get a better answer if you just ask one of the Wasaya pilots in person seeing as you fly in the same neck of the woods, as opposed to an Internet forum. Or just trying to stir the pot?

Re: WASAYA
Pasco posts more ads than Wasaya with their near daily ads for 1900 and Saab crews, yet nothing from Ilya about them. He's just trolling.

I certainly enjoyed my time at Wasaya. Yeah the days are long and you have to do a lot of stuff yourself...... but what do people expect?

What am I missing? It's a northern operator facing a pilot shortage. Pretty much like every other northern operator. My understanding is that they pay pretty well and actually pay overtime, unlike many 703/704 operators. Please fill in the gaps?

I don't think anybody gets it. The "culture" of setting up benefits and parking passes?

Re: WASAYA
The "culture" Cat refers to is the pushing weather in 300/1 ending up dead...and you know that's what he means. But you can hide behind rose coloured glasses all you want.goingnowherefast wrote:I don't think anybody gets it. The "culture" of setting up benefits and parking passes?

Re: WASAYA
One would think that in 2017 aviation would have advanced a bit more than still stuck in the push weather mode.

Re: WASAYA
Actually no Stan. The real reason is, an overseas contact was looking into the job market in NW Ontario. If you want to make it about something else.....if the shoe fits.
