Direct entry Captains
Hey guys, heard a rumour Jazz is close to hiring DECs. Anyone have any insight on this?

YUL and YVR are pretty junior. 1-2 years. YYC and YYZ have a few junior Captains at the bottom of the rosters but unless you have several years in you'll have a lousy schedule there. Changes all the time so you can't really put an accurate timeframe for upgrades.

Still lots of senior FO's waiting for the musical chairs to stop before they slide graciously into the left seat above all the new hires. Only a few people left to make the move to AC from the past PML.. when that happens, we'll see a slow down again in upgrades. I
