Really! They are hard up for a caravan driver...word has it that the boss is the only one who is able to fly it and he is going to time out if someone doesn't act quickly. It would mean full time and no lay-off. Income in the mid $40's.

No lay off?! HAHA. That caravan is LUCKY to fly 5hrs a month in the winter. They've never carried a dedicated caravan guy in the winter before, why would this one be different?

Yoyoma, I don't work there, but I am in and out weekly...I know the owner and have a good idea of whats going on there. I would recommend anyone with some caravan time to apply...especially if you are looking for a change. Endless you seem very bitter...is there reason for this? Did you work there before? Know someone who did?

Well knowing a tid bit about the operation, i can say honestly stay away. Being pushed to fly massively overweight, into unsafe weather isn't my idea of a good time. I guess flying in every week or so doesn't give you an appreciation for that kind of thing. Just ask the 3 guys who've pulled the plug in the last few months why they left. Perhaps ask the two guys who quit with well over 1000hrs with mostly PIC to take ramp jobs down the road. I'm not trying to be an ass here, just trying to save someone heartache.
