New Encore Interview Process

How long after your application before you receive an offer for an interview if they are interested? I applied about 6 weeks ago and exceed their requirements. Just wondering if I should forget it and pursue other options.

Make sure you check your junk mail too, sometimes it might just hide in there.
Had a buddy take 2 months to figure out that he got invited for an interview, after he already accepted another job thinking it was a PFO from WEC

ATPL, seriously.

When Lisa did my interview and said it was exam time, I chuckled and said this will be interesting. Her response was, "don't worry guys like you don't do as good as the younger folks". I said well that's great, and she responded, no no younger pilots that just wrote there AA's do better.

It is a randomizer of 250 questions, of which you will get about 30. Some are easy, some are head scratchers. I know I walked out and thought, what the hell just happened.

Just got my interview package.
They say there will be a 5 minute presentation and the same things that have been posted in this thread.
Anything I should be aware of? Prepare for? Can study for?
