Does anyone know anything about them? Pay, work conditions, schedule... what else do they have their first officers doing beside flying?

Feel free to PM me

The owner has a long, long history of abusing pilots, I don't know if you'll find anything from the search function because most of the time a thread about this company is removed. There is absolutely nothing good to say and if you need specifics then nothing anyone says here will likely deter you.
I worked for him in the nineties and when he closed the doors of his previous company and skipped town to start this one, he owed many pilots thousands of dollars, don't worry though Fr*^k made out just fine.

Great planes, great company!

There you go, now you can pick the answer you like most

The name of the company is SkyScare, that should give you a hint ;-)

As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

You'll forgive me for not being specific because I want to protect a pilot who is my friend who is moving on from them, but there are SEVERE airworthiness deficiencies with their aircraft and how they deal with them (as in, not recording them, not fixing them and telling pilots to fly anyways).

Many pilots are leaving with no where to go...
That should answer any questions you have. They really have filled the keystone hole nicely
