We keep reading on the condition and of some of these schedules new guys are flying like 14 straight days to be ready and the pay associated with them.

I guess if flight schools can afford to pay instructors a little more to make it a career the lifestyle of being home at night and instructing would be more attractive.

I keep.reading on how bad some of these 703 and 704 schedules can be in can see it being hard on families.

Some 703s are great, better than most 705s. Some 703 companies have a spot reserved for them in hell. 704 is similar but not as drastic.
