PilotExams.ca PPL Practice Questions Software

Post by shivam282 »

Hello,

Is the PPL Practice Questions Software from pilotexams.ca worth the $25? Anybody that used this to help study for their PPL or anybody that knows about it please reply.

Thanks.

i used a combination of Harv's Air, pilotexams.ca, dauntless and hangaar on my phone whenever i was just hanging out doing questions.
you do have to sit down and do the navigation stuff/map stuff with some focus, though. You should do fine with those.

My ground school was Harv's Air.

Thanks for the reply, but I’m talking about the Private Pilot Written Exam.

I bought it, well worth the 25 bucks. If it asked a question you don't have the answer to you learn something

But if you have to shell out another $25 for the Toronto VNC, which I believe that you will need to complete their NAV questions, plus shipping to get the chart if you can't get it locally, then isn't the real cost $50, plus the hassle of getting the chart? For $50 there are paper PPL exam prep products such as the FGU answer guide (and others) that already have the required charts included.

I agree you can use fltpln.com software it's just a bit more a pain in the ass such as checking track, but it can be done. I'm guessing dauntless is a bit better. I think it's 35 bucks
