I believe there might be 1 or two spots left open for the encore class in November. That will be the last course for 2017 as we don't like to train through the holidays in December.

The pool continues to nicely build for the next two encore classes in January as well - those offers will be sent out soon. As for Encore hiring - it's predicted to remain steady for 2018.

As for WJ recruiting, we are still waiting for clarity with regards to the ulcc.
Block growth for the 737 and initial 787 training (4th Q) will also drive our recruiting/flow-through in 2018.

I apologize for not getting more numbers out sooner - but we just have too many variables at play to provide you with an accurate picture. I'll post more when I have that information.

Thank you for the info. Is it then safe to say that those who successfully interview mid to late Nov with Encore will be offered ground school in the new year ( Jan or Feb start dates) ?
