I've talked to a few guys who work for operators that have yet to figure that one out, but some companies are starting to understand that the better they treat their pilots, productivity, moral etc...... all go up. The guy who signs my checks has that one figured(Just don't forget about that raiseAs the industry picks up, employers on the grand scale are going to realize that Pilots are much more valuable to their success.
