Probably the oldest flying fleet in Canada.
There are many older aircraft registered in Canada, of those, at least one must be flying so the answer to your question is no.

Warren Wright (of North-Wright) had his Bellanca Pacemaker (1929 according to the TC register) return home this summer after a rebuild. I saw these photos on Facebook during the summer taken during the final leg from Whitehorse to Norman Wells (taken and posted by Becki Pike).

I have time in two Canadian registered airplanes built in 1929, though like any machine of that age they had both been restored. It would be disappointing to know that was the high score, surely there's something older than 1929 flying in this country.

We have a 1930 Heath Parasol that will most likely return to the air this coming summer .
...isn't he the best pilot you've ever seen?....Yeah he is ....except when I'm shaving.........

I flew the WACO Taperwing at VWoC for about 35 hours. It was built in 1929.
It's in Wetaskwin now, and doesn't fly, but it could.

I own the title ,logs and paperwork for a 1917 Curtiss JN4 Canuck , perhaps I should build one around the title.
However , I am not a fan of data plate restorations being considered the actual aircraft , its simply not true

At my local airport in Westlock, AB, there is a 1918 Curtiss Jenny (JN-4D), which I understand to be the oldest registered aircraft in Canada. So far as I understand, it is still in flying condition, though it's been a few years since I've personally seen it in the air.
