If an airport sucks or is too expensive they will go under, because everyone will just choose to go elsewhere and spend their landing fees at some other airport.
I know you were probably just referring to small airports Beefitarian, but It won't go under if it is a monopoly.
What other options do you have to land your large jet near Calgary?

Its What I do wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 8:49 am Dear Boundary Bay Airport Tenants:

This communication is to inform you that that effective today, January 10th, 2018 Marcello Garofalo has resigned as General Manager with Alpha Aviation.

As of Monday, January 15th, 2018, Greg Fong will be returning as acting GM for the interim, so please direct any Airport related inquires to him at the following:

Greg Fong
Email: Greg.Fong@alpha-aviation.ca
Cell: 778-960-5238

Sincerely,

Lynda Lacko
President
Maybe he quit becouse of this transient landing fee fiasco ?????
Isnt this the 5th airport manager to quit in the last 10 years???
Lot more than 5. Alpha Averages about one new Airport Manager a year. Some good; Some not so good. Considering the turnover I wonder when Alpha will figure out that the people they are hiring "may" not be the problem.

Nisku International. I have not used it myself in years but hear it is very nice now.

YEG has a $59 landing fee. Not conducive to GA traffic at all.

Just talked to the airport 57.50+gst for our twin. Unless a client requests it, any training will now be at Langley
