Kinda sad to hear about that sort of work environment. Hits home a bit, worked in a toxic environment at one time, not in an airline, and it does take it's toll on your overall wellbeing.

The reports missed their big issue. Lots of kids with clipboards ( not F/A.s) critiquing the F/A.s and Incharges on flights, writing up every minor error in service. Try having some kid look over your shoulder for 14 hours while serving 450 passengers!

Then the axe comes out and some Incharges demoted and disciplined without any warning. Unfair treatment pure and simple. Valid issues to be dealt with even noted from the other side of the bullet proof door. The rest of the Uniform issues are minor in comparison.
