Air Canada TV commercials

Post by Redwine »

When is the last time you saw an awesome spoof on TV for AC?
Honestly, I think an honest professional high profile commercial campaign would not only boost morale for the employees, but perhaps also boost sales etc?
I miss seeing great commercials on TV for air carriers. What gives?

...Seems they are going to remove the axe and the control column from the cockpits for security reasons.

I've seen about a dozen commercials for dot.com reservation services.

Haven't seen any commercials for Airlines. =(

Don't need to see one. As for an AC commercial... Lets weigh the cons and pros..

Pro, wow they'll have a commercial..

Con, it'll cost them millions of dollars they don't have..

Many TV commercials have become artsy fartsy crap. IE: United Airline's new spots. Yea we need more of this: http://www.unitedrhapsody.com/unitedrha ... ercial.htm
Their new livery is purdy though.

I felt my testicles try to run off while watching this crap. Be careful

"we'll take you anywhere"

ROFL, kinda sick humour isn't it? Think UA and AA are the two only airlines in the states that can actually use that line, literally.

Radio and News have stated Aeroplan points will be valid if AC goes broke since they're good with any carrier in the Star Alliance.

Thoughts on the Star Alliance and it's future without Air Canada?

LoL.. Blastor he's pointing to the scale, the pax is obviously to large and will need to be charged for two tickets(Not that other carriers don't do that either).
