Why not just buy/borrow a copy of "The Turbine Pilot's Flight Manual"?? Tells you most of what you'll need to know practically, and the operational stuff you should figure out in the first two or three flights. Hang out with the engineers when they do inspections, and ask questions.

turbine time?

i think it's because the owner is being told by the insurance company that a turbine training course is required.

I'd give Voyageur airways a call. They might be able to help you out.

Insurance is probally looking for a flight safety type course. Not just any operators ground school. So your boss may have to belly up and pull out the check book. Depending on the aircraft type there are many different locations for this training.

Good luck
