Ya, I'd say if you just mailed the documents you will prob hear in a couple of weeks. But who knows! It's all happening a lot faster than they said it would! Which stream did you guys indicate for your preferences?

Is it at the ACC in Surrey? Do you live locally?

Hopefully I get the email this week. eek!

For preferences, I think mine was VFR, IFR, FSS.

Interview is this Friday at the acc in surrey. Hopefully they give a tour of the place cuz I would love to see it! I am local...near Joyce sky train station so its super easy to get there for me. My preferences were the opposite lol but Id be happy wherever the aptitude tests said I should go lol. I hope we all get in...would be awesome to have people to do the pre course studying with!

I am sure they would give you a tour! I have heard of others getting a tour when they wen't for their interviews.
I am hoping I get the email soon. Now I am worried that maybe they didn't receive my documents!!!
Especially since they never sent you back anything confirming they had receive them.
I'll wait out this week I guess and then maybe email to follow up just to make sure they were actually received.
I should have done the express post. ughhhh!
And yes it would be amazing to have people to study with!
Let us know how your interview goes!

I did express post too, it was received last Friday. Wanderlust, can you track or will you get notification that someone signed for it?

It will be awesome if we all got in and get to prep together. So excited for everyone!!!

Thanks guys! Super anxious right now! In some places I've read the 2nd interview is easier than the phone interview and in some I've read it's harder! Arghghg not very good at thinking of examples for behavioral questions....I wish I had a list of what they were going to ask lol

Don't worry, I don't think there is anyone who is good with those behavioral questions! They are the worst. ugh.
Please keep us updated! and again, good luck!

The in-person interview was pretty straightforward when I had mine last year. Most of the questions tended to revolve around the ability to handle and cope with stress, especially due to the rigorous course load and material that needed to be learned. I did get a brief tour of the Toronto ACC afterwards. The in-person was pretty short around 45-60 min, whereas the phone interview was around 90 min. Hope this helps. Good luck to all!

Djun, thanks for the info regarding the in person interview.
Are you on a course now? or did you end up getting an offer?

Thanks djun! My phone interview was only around 60 minutes so that f this one is shorter that'd be awesome. :). I come from a retail background so coming up with a stressful work situation is tough..... Well this one time a guy yelled at me cuz we sold out of his favorite toothpaste....sounds ridiculous lol. I think I'm as ready as I can be tho so now its just a matter of waiting till 3pm!

Did you get to tour the ACC?

Why are you uncertain/not that confident? You probably did better than you think. You’ve made it so far into the process! :)

Nothing on my end. I’m sure I didn’t do well enough on my phone interview :p prob too low on the totem pole for them to contact me for in person interview. Oh well, just have to wait out the 18 months to be allowed to re-apply again.

Keep us posted, cheering you on!!!
