Anyone have some current info on ramp wait times, FO pay, training bonds, schedule and upgrade times since the last post is a few years old...

It doesn't answer the average time on the ramp and the extra stuff not written in a CBA.

They just posted an ad earlier today for direct entry FO's with the bare minimum requirements (250 hours, CPL with CAT 1 IFR). Would be curious to know if anyone gets called that has the bare minimum requirements or just slightly more in terms of hours

Interesting to see their DEC requirements go down to bare ATPL mins. Wonder how many FOs stick around for upgrades nowadays.

An ATPL is (was?) not required to be captain on the perimeter metros. So they could technically still hire you with less hours. Internal upgrades have happened to people without an ATPL.

Kinda scary thinking there is 1500 hour captains most likely with majority instructing time flying a metro into reserves.

This is the new norm now in the 703/4 world. Plenty of PC12's, Caravan's, 1900's, and Metros with 1200 hour guys in the left seat and 300 hour guys in the right that play mobile ramp support. With the regionals scooping up 1000 hour instructors, experience across the board is dropping.
