Where abouts do you live? I might be able to connect you with some folks that I know if I know that.

I know it's hard getting that first job, and many schools prefer to hire their own "home-grown" talent. I have worked at a few schools in my instructor days and I found that I prefered the ones that weren't 100% home-grown. The ones that are have a tendency to be a little "in-bred" when it comes to new ideas. "That's the way we've always done it" seems to be the standard phrase when it comes to a questionable policy. The injection of a little "fresh blood" is seen as a good thing to some FTU's. These would be the ones that I would concentrate the job search on.

Depending where you're from...Edmonton Flying Club is looking. Calgary flight Training Centre is accepting resumes as well.
