Judging by previous posts on the topic, it looks like you apply to a specific FIR, then list your preferences for positions (IFR/VFR/FSS). Looking at the website now, I feel like I am missing something. They just have a list of specific job openings that you apply for. And there aren't any for new controllers at the moment.
Did Nav Canada change how they recruit or am I missing something?
