News 1130 is reporting 9 on board a chartered aircraft. Four confirmed deceased.

Seems like CFIT is the most likely cause. Similar to the Pickle Lake Caravan accident. I wonder if the crash site is elevated terrain. My condolences to the families of the deceased. Maybe the survivers can shed light on the visibility at the time.the weather in the area was extremely poor.

One big thing the TSB has to work with is interviewing the survivors.
