Why haven't job sub sections been created??
I see it being suggested and no one has made these changes.
The clutter on the job ad section is getting out of hand.
Thanks

It would be definitely be helpful if the job ads were broken down into "pilot", "ame" and "other" categories. Having the job location as mandatory information in the post title would also go a long way to help job-seekers.
Just my 0.02.

Split the Job section up !!!
I end up reading half the posts in a group .. until i figure out we are dealing with a pilot issue ...
... Majority of chatter is pilots looking for inroads into the big Airlines ...

Hell, at least put Pasco, Carson, and CMA in their own sub forum. We know you're hiring all bases all types, got it.

Yup it’s out of hand. I dont remember it EVER being as bad as it is. @avcanada : Sort this cluster**** of a hiring page.
I remember as a young pilot sifting through relevant ads for jobs and it helped me land a job. Now, my eyes can’t even focus when I look at that page. (Might be getting old, but that’s a side note)
Break it down (entry level position, 703, 704/705, AME, and office work).

I wouldn't expect a change. I suggested years ago not having the additional 705 airlines section the way it is with individual many small airlines as separate forums as they wouldn't get used, whereas, having them all together in one would have more traffic and therefore more posts.
Nothing was done and most of them sit empty......never used or looked at.
