Why did the pilot pull the chute? Was there a structural damage? Did the horses stop running?

I heard spin. The cirrus' have a problem with fuel imbalances if its more than 10gals out on one side the stall charataristics go funny.

No it shouldn't.

The vast majority of us do just fine without this hugely expensive piece of equipment.
