AME pay
With the pilot shortage, pay at the smaller company's has moved significantly. Is the same true on the engineering side of aviation?

I would say yes actually, but I guess it depends on what you consider to be a good wage.
Many companies have had to increase their wages to compete with Air Canada, Morningstar etc.

Not sure with the fixed wing side, but on the helicopter side, yes it has.
