Absolutely, I don't think they're is much to worry about because who really gives a sh!t. I was just responding to the claim about being able to censor/ban arbitrarily with impunity.

Wow. Someone needs to go back and read the XKCD comic posted above.
No company is violating your right to free speech. No company has control over what you say in public, either. But they do have control over what you say within their domain, ie. this site and others. Posting here isn't equivalent to having a soapbox in public. It's equivalent to sitting in someone's living room, where your host doesn't have to like the particular brand of religion you're spouting, and can ask you to leave. No free speech is being suppressed.
And no, I have no problem with that at all.
