Is the Simcoe VOR (YSO) still up and active?
I see using Skyvectors there still is a low enroute airway V-37 depicted on it
I know they were taking down VOR's in the Toronto Montreal corridor with some airways being decomission
Is that airway V37 active

YSO VOR and V37 are still on the low IFR chart on Jeppesen FD Pro X which was updated 3 hours ago.
Unless YSO and/or V37 were very recently NOTAM'd as u/s or decommissioned, then I would say that they are still in service.
