Looking for current employees with info about this company. What's it like to work there during the winter? General work conditions, time off, pay etc.... From the outside it looks like a good company, but what's under the surface is what I'm interested in. Thanks

how hards an entry level to get with them somewhere way up there, im willing to get as far away from anywhere as possible.
