Someone with the name Appame posted the questions he remembered from the exams above, I was mentioning him because it matched the questions I recieved during my exams.
Which book did you use for AME-M and CARs ?
For the M exams, I used handed down notes from people who had done the exams with the jeppesen study test prep book.
On its own, the jeppesen book isn't enough for the canadian exams.
Send me your e-mail in a PM and i'll send you the study notes I used
CARS is super easy, going through the study guide CARS for AME is all you need to pass.
Hi Dinny,
I am working so hard on tech exam. it would be very very helpful, if you can send your notes to me. page0705@hotmail.com

Wondering if anybody out there still uses Avcanada, I am writing my AME tech exams next week and I am studyin from the Jeppenses test guide and ASA text guide books (They are basically the same by the way). I've seen a lot of people posting that this are the books to study but, has anyone passed the exams just by studying this books? I am aware that you pretty much have to know the entire book cover to cover but, do they even cover what transport canada is asking?
I am FAA A&P licensed and studying for that licensed was way easier since in the U.S study material is published, but in Canada they pretty much leave you on your own, Yeah I know they have that guide that tells you the Topics that you will be tested on but there is no Trasport Canada study material like you find with the FAA.

Not sure why you would want to start the arduous process of getting a licence to work in such a garbage industry. But I seem to recall a few questions based on a Beech 18 and a 727. Those are two super relevant aircraft in 2022 so it is why Transport Canada through their infinite leadership and genius like qualities feel you should know about. They also like the colour red, not sure why. Have you thought of pursuing any other trades? Give it a few years you’ll know why I asked. Good luck.

We know why some do it. I can honestly say I’ve never seen the industry in worse shape than now in the decades I’ve been in it. Globalization has killed any hope of Canadas industry ever improving. That and the red tape around every and anything that could feed the industry the feds have wrapped things in since 2015.
