It's been a couple years for me, but if you can get hired there as a low-timer, it is a great opportunity to get started. I had a great experience with Rick (owner) and Sara (CP). If you can hack a little tough love, they are good to work for. You will see a lot working there, and they are reasonable when you inevitably screw up.
If I had a fresh license, dispatch at Air Bravo would be one of the best opportunities out there.
