Any recent conversions from TC ATPL to US FAA ATP?

Hello, am new here. I was recently informed an N reg bird will be gracing our operation later this year. I want to convert my TC ATPL to a US FAA ATP. I have been reading up on the process, looks like a validation letter via application to FAA, then TSA application, US medical, followed by ATP course/sim followed by exam (ACM) and lastly an appointment with a DCP from the FAA.
I would like to know if anybody on Avcanada here has recently completed the same conversion? I found the Gleim study material and will probably go with the Atlas ATP course and sim.
Please feel free to add your experiences and or suggestions about the conversion here in this thread.

My friend/co-worker just did it. The exams aren't that hard (he used Gliem). Only thing to worry about is making sure you write the canadian conversion exam at the testing center, not the regular atp exam. no recommend required. i'd personally travel to a FSDO that will do the conversion in house vs a check airmen. it's simpler and free.

Has anybody here applied for the FAA CPL using their Canadian ATPL? I was just told that the ATP was not required, I will only need a FAA CPL and a class II FAA Medical.

Anybody have anymore feedback, info or study material suggestions for the ACM exam? (TC ATPL to US ATP).

I'm hoping to write it in a few weeks.

Gliem is the best study tool. The ATP-CTP course is a completion, not a test so nothing to study for it.

Can anybody recommend a good place in the US to attend the CTP course for the FAA ATP?
