How do you figure a "continued pay cut" occurred here?
55 hours -> 63 hours for formula pay pilots.
55 hours -> 75 hours for flat pay pilots.

Let me explain. Pilots remaining employed after Sept 30th will now receive either 63 or 75 hours MBG. This represents an increment of "X" dollars in the company's payroll.
Do you really believe that though? Are there any pilots on the ACPA VCC?82.5% chose to take the cash and leave the bottom 600 in the cold.
