CPTAX - Chief pilot 703 Written examination

Just wondering if there's still a written examination for chief pilot 703 (CPTAX/TP14400E).
Can't find the study guide anywhere and if I look on ''Civil aviation document cancellation history'' it says

''Cancelled 2018/12/03, not replaced; see Cancellation Notice located in RDIMS 14521368.''

There is no longer a written exam for CP, just the in person interview with your POI.
