Hi all,
There seems to be some confusion going around at my flight school, some instructors are saying you can currently do the CPL Flight Test before the Written and some are saying you can't (like usual). Others are arguing about it. I've heard there's an exemption on Transport Canada's Website but I can't quite find it, there's so many currently.
Can anybody clear this up please and point me in the right direction?
Also, I've heard TC has started calling people back for the CPL Writtens and Brampton Flight Centre has started testing as well as a few other flight schools will be starting soon so I wonder if this exemption will soon be cancelled or if it will continue until the original validity end date.

Thanks for the help. I'm just hoping the Minister doesn't cancel it out of the blue now that TC and a few other flight schools are calling people back from the Written waiting lists. Looks like it is supposed to go through to June 1st but the Minister can cancel it in writing as well. I have a bottle of water that I use to spray my canines when they bark too much. I am certain it would help you with flight instructors that say you cannot do the flight test first. You would also be doing other students a favour.

currently you CAN DO CPL FLIGHT TEST BEFORE THE WRITTEN TEST.
