It is expected according to leading doctors and scientists that the up coming flu season is going to see a spike in not only blood clot related issues but also hyper immune response to spike proteins leading to immune complications and organ failure all while immune deficeincies responding to other non corona type exposure. At PHO, we have developed a PCR test in our lab, with positive and negative cutoff points. The cutoff point for a positive result for PHO’s developed lab test is 38 cycles. This means that if the virus is found at or before 38 cycles are completed, then the test is considered positive. The cutoff point for a negative result is 40 cycles. If the virus is detected between 38 and 40 cycles, we call this an indeterminate or inconclusive result. All inconclusive results are considered probable (likely) cases for public health reporting.

It matters a lot. At Ct of >35 you have >90% false positives. At 40 essentially ALL false positives. It’s not an absolute test for a specific strain, it’s a DNA/RNA mutiplier. It multiplies allthe contamination and dead nucleotides. It does not isolate. In fact, nobody on the planet has yet isolated the COV-SARS2 virus in humans. I have a copy of the request for information from Health Canada, that states they DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION of this.

And it's not being used directly for diagnosis. It's being used for detection of viral DNA. The link between presence of SARS-COV-2 genetic material in a sample from the back of your throat, and "having" COVID-19 is established to everyone's satisfaction (except yours).

Kerry Mullis was talking in the context of HIV. If I can isolate HIV gene material from a sample of your cells, are you going to deny that you "have" HIV?
