Sorry to hear that, did they list any reasons why?

Re: New Hires
So all those currently accepting job offers are going on the -400? Because if not you are accepting a job with no idea what the pay is going to be?
Re: New Hires
I interviewed over 3 weeks ago. Application was the day it opened, and an internal recommend.tsukubacpe wrote: ↑Tue Mar 01, 2022 12:40 pmWhen did you send your application?

Re: New Hires
Does anyone know what are the hiring requirements for the Embraer ? and if they are hiring for the Embraer yet ?
Re: New Hires
They are not hiring for the embraer yet. But they told me in the interview that at least for the fo’s the requirements will be the same and you’ll find out your equipment in your initial just like Jazz

Hey everyone! I have my digital interview scheduled next week. Would anyone who went through the process recently share their experience/ questions asked. I'd really appreciate that. Thanks!
I applied with 1150 and A's written. No multi pic ( 25 Dual). No internal reference.

It’s mostly Hr questions. They are gonna ask u all the questions in the initial application technically. Have some stories in deferent scenarios inside the plane.
Re: New Hires
Has anyone that’s recently live interviewed heard back? If so, what ground school dates were you given.

Thank you very much! I did the video interview on Tuesday. Was told that they’d get back within 4 weeks. Also told that they’re only hiring for Toronto base right now.
Would you please share if you got a gs date or equipment ? How long did they take to get back? Is there a sim eval? Much appreciated. Thanks
Re: New Hires
The ground gs dates are still in process I believe.
If you have less than 1500 you will need a sim eval but above 1500 no sim.
It really depends, I heard back within a week but my friends heard back anywhere from 3 days up to a month.
But it’s on average 3 weeks.
If you feel good about your interview then don’t worry and just be patient. No news is sometimes good news
Good luck buddy

Re: New Hires
I think the sim evaluations are for new hires without Multi crew experience. Had a friend with around 1800 hrs mostly instructing had to go through sim evaluation.
Re: New Hires
Thats what I was told as well. If you had a couple of ppc rides under your belt already then usually they skip the sim eval.

Re: New Hires
I wonder if they'd be more interested in a 1000hr guy with multi crew, turbine etc, etc. Or in a 1500hr flight instructor.
