I am looking at getting some information on Panorama Aviation. Is it a rotation gig/Pilot bases? Do they hire English pilots or strictly bilingual?

I'm not an employee there but I've had beers with a few of their pilots. It seems like it's all rotational, great per diems for the Nunavut rotations, lots of flying and they were going strong throughout 2020.
All the pilots were billangual from Quebec. I don't know if they require that or not, but it is a huge advantage for most Quebec based companies
