You got it, bunch of soulless Ghouls in some of these outfits. Rates for aircraft are so bad it’s hilarious too. Talk about a cartel.

Most pertinent remarks from the comments section in the article above:
"Trudeau taps temporary foreign workers to keep workers wages low. Fixed it for you. The government and businesses hate the free market when it works against them."

Re: POST PAY IN JOB ADS!
Funny, back in the Harper days TFWs were all the rage and absolutely en vogue amongst many employers, up to and including within this very industry. Why would it be of any surprise, that employers want to tap back into the market of cheap overseas or international labour instead of raising conditions to attract locals?
And, it's hardly the first time this is in the news. Actually, the first time I've heard TFWs mentioned of late, was in regards the house builders association. They claim that there aren't enough Canadians "willing" to work in the industry, and thus to ensure the demand for new housing is filled they will seek "skilled" TFWs to make up for the "shortage" of Canadians "willing" to work. Essentially, no different argument than many times before; businesses claim Canadians are either lazy, entitled, unwilling, or not adequately skilled to work; and they are thus able to bring in TFWs to work at a fraction of the cost of locals. Ain't Capitalism grand?
