Pretty sure that “passenger” has some pilot experience.

The controller was helpful, but also a bit awkward to try and get them to squawk 7700. Not *really* a priority with a passenger behind the controls.

Well of course. He didn't attend an FTU, so he didn't have any bad habits yet!

Some interesting comments on the blancolirio YouTube channel.

Apparently the passenger was seated in the back, and initially had to recover from a 6500 fpm dive.

Interior designer by trade.

Guessing that was an attempt to get their target to pop up on the radar for them. There's just a few more aircraft in that part of the world, than ours.

I learned all my bad habits from instructors - before them, I couldn't fly.
