Advanced COMPASS or COMPASS

Does anyone have experience with these tests and if so can you shed some light on how to prepare lastly if you can tell me the difference between the Advanced Compass and Regular Compass? I have used google to find some websites but am not sure which one to use, some are paid and some are free.
